IT TAKES A SPECIAL PLAYER TO FILL THE SHOES AND WEAR THE "V"
Not every player is ready for Team Vinci Elite. It takes hard work, dedication, mentality, and discipline. Hard work starts from the ground up. When it's time to turn up the dials, we dont ask to turn them up. Players are expected to make it happen in both the classroom and on the field. Dedication means being decicated to your team and yourself putting in countless hours of training in and outside of The Shop Baseball Performance Academy. Menality is making sure that you are mentally prepared and confident way ahead of time befor every practice, workout, game, or competition that you will encounter. Being disciplined is the number one aspect that we look for when recruiting players. Discipline is found in the first 5 minutes of interaction with a player. If it's not there, then the determination to succeed isn't there either. Success starts in the classroom first, for Team Vinci Elite players. If players don't obtain high scores in the classroom then being a part of the family is out of the question.
Family begins with the four terms described above. Once a family can fully accept these terms then the result will be V= victorious.
