Team Vinci Elite 7u finishes 2nd in first 8u tournament.

Team Vinci Elite has put on an offensive display after their first two tournaments as a team. In October of 2014 they played a 2 game tournament consisting of 49 hits, 2 hrs, and 36 total runs to their opponents 10. Last weekend the team played in a tough battle against three teams in the Chesterfield Swing Tournament. Team Vinci Elite 7u finished 2-1 overall scoring 33 runs to their opponents 25. They had a combined 58 hits including 2 hrs.

Coach Elrod added "Once the kids know what to do with the ball defensively then we should be able to pull out more wins. These kids are very young and on top of that we need to practice more defensive situations on the field before so that we can stop our opponents." The season is just begining for the 7u team and these kids are fun to watch.
