We take our time evaluating each player willing to tryout for our teams. The evaluation process is either a "call in or call out" recruiting process. We conduct a one on one screening evaluation with all players. The process takes roughly 30-45 minutes. We conduct several tests including radar, video analysis and other various forms of data while making a selection for all age levels. All evaluations are scheduled by Jill Crist. Once selected, then we begin training immediately. All teams are trainied by The Shop Baseball Performance Academy. Sign up and become a part of the Team Vinci Elite family.
